owned ITC at the time. "Raise The Titanic?
It would have been cheaper to lower the Atlantic!" Here are just a few.

Busby (Charles Macaulay). When
Sandecker tells them that they sent a man in to check for the
possibilities of byzanium on the island of Svlardlov.

put the wormie on the hookie."-Dana Archibald (Anne Archer).
When Seagram asked her what kind of fisher person is she.
"Dirk Pitt. What kind of a name is that?
Sounds like a pirate."-Gene Seagram (David Selby). Seagram and Dana talking
about Dirk while getting ready to fish.
"So that's
where we are. We spent fives years on research and development.
We're kiss away from the end. We need two-hundred ounces of a
measly mineral we can't find and then we do find it where is it?
It's at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean."-Admiral Sandecker
(Jason Robards). Sandecker explaining to General Busby, Admiral
Kemper, Nicholson, Pitt & Seagram about his frustrations on the
byzanium.
"But at least we know where
it is now. It's not just someplace, it's in one spot.
Waiting for us to come and get it."-Dirk Pitt (Richard Jordan).
Reasoning with Sandecker about the location of the lost byzanium.
"We don't go to the mountain. The
mountain comes to us"-Dirk PittŪ (Richard Jordan). Answering
Admiral Kemper's remark of not being able to get divers down that deep.
"Are you talking about Raising the
Titanic?"-General Busby (Charles Macaulay). Realizing what PittŪ
meant when he said "The mountain comes to us".
"But, if were lucky, we can make nuclear
warfare obsolete."-Seagram (David Selby). Telling the group
the benefits of raising the Titanic and obtaining the byzanium.
"Well, like Jim said,
its the biggest job with the highest stakes anybody ever dreamt of.
How can you turn it down?"-Dirk PittŪ (Richard Jordan). Telling the men about
the challenge of a lifetime. Raising the Titanic!
"Uh not yet Silent Sam."-Master
Chief "Vinnie" Walker (M. Emmett Walsh). Responding back to
Captain Burke about what PittŪ is up to. (Added 8-29-2002)

(J.D. Cannon). Answering PittsŪ question about why he said "What
makes you thinks there is going to be some tricky stuff?"

explains to PittŪ on how he survived the Titanic sinking and his

Bigalow (Alec Guinness). He tells this to Pitt as they walk in to

Bigalow (Alec Guinness) Right after he PittŪ receive their pink gins, he
escorts PittŪ to his Titanic sanctuary. (Added 5-29-2002)

Longer than two rugby fields. And furnishes that matched the
finest mansions in England. She was one of a kind. No
question about it. And God himself they said couldn't sink her.
Than in two hours she was gone. And fifteen hundred souls with
her."-John Bigalow (Alec Guinness). As he is showing PittŪ his
Titanic collection he explains the beauty about the ship he once served.

Bigalow (Alec Guinness). As he is showing PittŪ his Titanic
collection he takes down the White Star Line Pennant that he had taken

"Another couple of weeks under water and those
submersible crews will come after you with a harpoon", Dirk PittŪ
to Gene Seagram after Seagram tells them he believes they are off by ten

Gene Seagram - "If you were so damn crazy about him, then why did'nt
you stay with him?" Dana replies- "Because
I was stupid." Dana's reply to
her boyfriend, Gene Seagram after he thought that Dirk Pitt revealed the
