e-mail for a quick and a speedy recovery. Stage

Once again, the Major Contributors
Page has been updated.
11-29-2002 I hope everyone had a wonderful
Thanksgiving. Well, the holiday season is officially here.
Here is a list of the updates for this month.

Section. Stage 10 will be posted on November 29.
10-29-2002 I hope everyone has had a
wonderful Halloween. The updates for this month have been almost a
challenge to complete. Over the past few months, I've been receiving
some concerning e-mails about the navigation of the site and how some of
the links were either dead links to ghost pages or that some links were
never there. Most of that is the main reason why there were no real
updates last month. This site is closing to around 70+ pages. And
because of that, I had to delay the updates until I had that done. I'm
glad I was able to correct the problem. So if you haven't explored the
site yet, than check it out and let me know what you all think. So
now that I have that all cleared up here are the updates that are now
finally up.
A book called "The
Titanic In Pictures" by Simon Mills has an entire chapter
dedicated to Lord Grade and his Television Empire and about the
film that was his demise in the movie motion pictures business, "Raise
the Titanic". That Chapter is entirely excerpted in the
Media Publications Page. Thanks again goes to Jim Avey.
I found another outside link that has a wonderful review about the film
and why it should be redone on the Outside Links Movie Review
Page.
Stage Nine will not be posted this month. John wants to give
everyone his sincere apologies. The area of England that he lives
had some major and intense thunderstorms this past week that has caused some serious damage
in his area. Stage Nine will be posted on Friday, November 15.
Once again, the Major Contributors

control, I have decided to postpone those updates until next month.

8-29-2002 I first would
also like to apologize to everyone out there for last week when the site
was temporarily shut down for almost 2 days. I am having some
financial difficulties just as probably everyone else in the U.S. is
having. But thanks to a couple in Chicago, Il who wanted to remain
anonymous. I still would like to thanks them for their wonderful
donation and in keeping the site up. I wanted to thank everyone
else out there who e-mailed me with their encouragement and offers for
other hosting possibilities. Your generous offers will not be
forgotten. This site is for you, the fans. Whether you're a
fan of Dr. Cussler's novel or a fan of the film, this site would be
nothing like it is today if it wasn't for your generous donations,
contributions and support.

Recently, I have had the privilege and the honor to have
met someone who is a close and personal friend of Ken Marschall
during the time he was involved with the construction of the Titanic
model. His name is Robert Gibbons and he was at one time,
President of the Titanic Historical Society. I have received a
ton of information about the actual construction of the model and some
other miscellaneous information. Over the next couple of
updates, I will be posting that information on the Trivia Page
and some on the Goofs Page.
He also posted some of his inside trivia on the

On a sad note, Walter Lord, the man behind the Titanic
boom that sparked the interest of this maritime disaster and author of
"A Night To Remember" and "The Night Lives On", passed away this past
week. If it wasn't for him, I don't think none of the interests
about the Titanic wouldn't have been this wide spread as it is today.
No Raise The Titanic and no James Cameron Film. He was the
pioneer that started it all and I hope you all take a moment of silence
and remember him in your thoughts and prayers.

I know this is some outdated news but I found an article
through
Dark Horizonsfrom
CHUD
with some up-to-date information about the up coming Sahara movie.
Not to long ago I received some more information about
the Comic Strip from an anonymous fan. It turns out that this
person took the information about it from a description on Ebay. I
received an e-mail from Bruce and he told me about it. So I have
corrected the problem and I have given Bruce Kenfield the same credit
along side with Larry Ridley who also gave me some info about it.
The same thing happened with a few pictures that I received back last
October from a Vladimir Slaveski who sent me pictures from Scarlett's
Website that
I found out last month was hers when I checked out her website. So
remember this, don't steal information or pictures from someone else's
work and give it to me and think you'll receive the credit.
Because I WILL find out eventually and you will be discredited.
I added a new page under the Cast And Crew
Section about
Jason Robards.
I'm still looking for someone who would like to write a mini-biography
about him. If anyone is interested, send me an
e-mail.

2-16-2002 I apologize for
the delay. I know I had announced that the site would be updated
again on Valentines Day but I experienced an almost complete disaster.
My computer crashed the night before while I was finishing up the rest
of the updates and I had lost everything that I had worked on the
last few weeks!! But I was able to download the pages and files from
the site and I had to restructure the site and re-do the updates that I
had worked on the last 2 weeks. So on Thursday and Friday I spent
18 hours each day and 8 hours today (Saturday) in getting it all done. Again, I apologize for the
delay and I appreciate your patience.

February. Not only is it my
