Toronto Star-August 15, 1977-This was the Kick Off article about the Raise The Titanic comic strip that came from the Toronto Star in the August 15, 1977 issue.  It also represents the first strip of the series Best Seller Show Case by the Universal Press Syndicate.  This is entirely excerpted.  The article was in the Cussler Society's June Newsletter.

Best Seller Showcase Featuring Raise The Titanic!  by Clive Cussler-(Requires Macromedia Flash Player 7.0) All 48 black & white strips (Thanks goes to the Columbus Metropolitan Public Library & their micro-film dept.  The strips came from the Columbus Citizen-Journal paper.) and the 8-colored Sunday Editions (Thanks goes to Barry Campbell, the webmaster at bcuniversal) .  These files are pretty big so it might take a while for each page to load onto your browser, so please be patient and enjoy.  And also, if you haven't read the book, I recommend that you don't go any further on to this link.  They contain spoilers that will ruin your experience in reading this wonderful woven-tailed adventure.  I would also like to thank Larry Ridley of Drummonds, TN and Bruce Kenfield for the information that I had received in the past.  And thanks goes to Wayne's book for detailing the time the strip was published, because if it wasn't for his book, I would have never known on where to start.
